CeraFab System S65
The Lithoz CeraFab S65 system is an industrial machine based on LCM (Lithography-based Ceramic Manufacturing) technology, designed for R&D laboratories and the production of high-performance technical ceramic components. Compared to entry-level ceramic paste extrusion 3D printers, which require extensive post-processing and suffer from structural limitations, the CeraFab S65 guarantees isotropic mechanical properties comparable to pressed ceramics. It is not suitable for hobbyists or low-cost rapid prototyping, as it requires an ecosystem of proprietary materials and dedicated sintering protocols.

Software
The Lithoz management software is integrated into a proprietary workflow optimized for the ceramic photopolymerization process, essential for precise control of UV exposure. It is not compatible with open-source firmware or slicers such as Cura or PrusaSlicer, as the system requires specific slice parameters for the loading density of the ceramic material and the polymerization behavior of the loaded resin. Support management and file preparation are optimized to prevent warping during the subsequent debinding and sintering phase in the oven.
