The CeraFab S25 is an industrial 3D printing solution based on DLP technology designed for the production of high-performance ceramic components. Unlike extrusion-based ceramic 3D printers (often entry-level), this machine achieves dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties comparable to injection molding. It is the ideal choice for research laboratories, biomedical engineering, and the aerospace sector that require certifiable repeatability. It is not suitable for small artisanal or maker studios, as the cost of proprietary materials and the operational setup require industrial-scale investments.

Software
The system uses proprietary slicing software developed by Lithoz, specifically optimized for the rheological and thermal management of photocurable ceramic suspensions. It is not compatible with open-source slicers such as Cura or Slic3r, as the process requires direct control of light exposure parameters and peel plane kinematics for each layer of the component.
