The CeraFab Lab L30 is designed for research and development laboratories requiring industrial precision for technical ceramic components, surpassing ceramic paste extrusion systems, which offer lower resolution and mechanical properties. Unlike entry-level 3D printers, this machine uses DLP technology, which achieves densities and surface finishes comparable to those achieved with injection molding. It is the ideal choice for advanced functional prototyping, where the cost of the equipment is justified by the ability to handle complex ceramic materials with high repeatability.

Software
The system uses proprietary Lithoz software, optimized for managing light exposure parameters specific to photosensitive ceramic suspensions. The workflow is not based on open protocols such as GRBL, but is integrated to ensure the control of the photopolymerization process necessary for the structural integrity of the ceramic piece during the subsequent debinding and sintering phase.
