Software notes It supports mobile connection via the proprietary Sculpfun app and wired connection to a PC for use with LightBurn and LaserGRBL. Compatible with major desktop and mobile operating systems. The 32-bit motherboard is fully compatible with LightBurn (including M8 air control) and LaserGRBL. It also supports Bluetooth connectivity and offline printing via SD card.

The differences that matter

  • Work area: 125×125 mm against 380×385 mm → nothing wider than 12 cm on the iCube.
  • Declared maximum speed: 10,000 mm/min against 25,000 mm/min → solid-fill engravings finish sooner on the S30.
  • Connection: Sculpfun app and cable against Bluetooth and SD card → the S30 also works offline, with the PC off.
  • Price: €360 against €600 → about €240 less for the iCube.

Which one to choose

Choose iCube Pro 5W if…

you engrave small objects on a narrow bench (30×26 cm footprint) and 5 W is enough: it cuts cardboard and soft board up to 10 mm and acrylic up to 6 mm, declared limits. You give up anything beyond 125×125 mm, and it is controlled from the Sculpfun app or a PC.

Choose S30 10W if…

you engrave wide parts up to 380×385 mm and want to work without a PC, from an SD card or over Bluetooth. It costs about €240 more and takes up roughly 55×60 cm of bench.
