| Software notes | Natively compatible with Creality Print 6.0 and other third-party slicers. It supports Wi-Fi connectivity and features 8 GB of internal eMMC memory for local storage of G-code and 3MF files. | Four-color printing runs through the CANVAS system included in the Combo version. |
The differences that matter
- Declared colors 16 vs 4 → parts with more than four colors are possible only on the K2 SE.
- Bed 220 × 215 mm vs 256 × 256 mm → a 240 mm wide part fits only on the Centauri.
- Native Klipper and 8 GB of internal memory on the K2 SE → G-code and 3MF files stay on the machine, ready to rerun.
Which one to choose
Choose K2 SE Combo if…
You print parts with many colors, where four won't do, or you prefer native Klipper firmware with 8 GB of internal memory for G-code and 3MF files. The trade-off is the smaller bed and the open chamber.
Choose Centauri 2 Combo if…
Four colors are enough and you want more room for the part, with CANVAS already included. You give up colors beyond the fourth.
