Software notes The machine does not require any external PC or cloud-based control software, operating with complete autonomy through its integrated digital panel. The internal management system is equipped with a microprocessor board that stores and manages a wide range of pre-set synergic curves, optimized for various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and Cu-Si3 brazing. The operator can easily recall the optimal parameters from the display, simplifying the setup for solid or flux-cored wires. Advanced functions directly accessible from the welder's interface include the adjustment of post-gas time, soft start, spot and pause time, electronic inductance, and burn back, offering precise control over the entire thermal cycle without any IT dependencies. Control over all operational functions is managed through an intuitive front-panel interface, featuring large LED displays that provide high readability even under strong lighting conditions. The power source integrates 24 factory-preset synergic programs, which are engineered to greatly simplify the configuration of welding parameters across various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and flux-cored wire. Operators can also easily access the traditional 2T and 4T trigger modes, alongside fully adjustable Run-In and Burnback functions to refine the welding arc. Consistent with most industrial systems in this specific equipment category, absolutely no connection to cloud services or reliance on external software applications is required.
