EVO 450 TS Synergic
The Cebora EVO 450 TS Synergic power source is positioned in the highest industrial tier due to its remarkable capacity to deliver up to 500 A of maximum current, ensuring uninterrupted performance even under the most demanding operating conditions. The step-adjusted transformer technology guarantees uncompromised reliability, which is particularly valued in heavy carpentry, shipbuilding, and large-scale manufacturing sectors. The integration of a separate four-roller wire feed unit and the provision for water-cooling the torch enable prolonged welding sessions on thick materials, effortlessly handling solid wires, flux-cored wires, and aluminum alloys. This model represents a solid investment for workshops requiring intensive duty cycles, offering maximum mechanical robustness combined with the versatility of pre-set synergic curves.

Software
The machine does not require any external PC or cloud-based control software, operating with complete autonomy through its integrated digital panel. The internal management system is equipped with a microprocessor board that stores and manages a wide range of pre-set synergic curves, optimized for various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and Cu-Si3 brazing. The operator can easily recall the optimal parameters from the display, simplifying the setup for solid or flux-cored wires. Advanced functions directly accessible from the welder's interface include the adjustment of post-gas time, soft start, spot and pause time, electronic inductance, and burn back, offering precise control over the entire thermal cycle without any IT dependencies.
Reviews from those who use this machine every day will be available in the next version of the platform.
