Software notes The user interface is managed via a large, clear LCD panel that displays critical welding parameters in real time. The machine includes dozens of pre-set synergic curves for various wire and gas combinations straight out of the box. The control electronics offer advanced functions specifically designed for aluminum welding, such as automatic Hot Start and Crater Filler. The welder's operating system is highly expandable: it can be upgraded to include pulsed and double current level welding functions through optional software packages provided by the manufacturer, allowing users to broaden the machine's capabilities according to future production needs. The machine does not require any external PC or cloud-based control software, operating with complete autonomy through its integrated digital panel. The internal management system is equipped with a microprocessor board that stores and manages a wide range of pre-set synergic curves, optimized for various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and Cu-Si3 brazing. The operator can easily recall the optimal parameters from the display, simplifying the setup for solid or flux-cored wires. Advanced functions directly accessible from the welder's interface include the adjustment of post-gas time, soft start, spot and pause time, electronic inductance, and burn back, offering precise control over the entire thermal cycle without any IT dependencies.
