Software notes The power source features a control panel with an LCD display that offers an essential user interface for navigation and parameter setting. The system integrates over 30 pre-set synergic programs, specifically developed to facilitate the welding of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and for the brazing of galvanized sheets (using CuSi3 wire). A significant software feature is the ability to update the firmware via service ports, ensuring compatibility with future welding profiles released by the manufacturer. Furthermore, with the purchase of an optional upgrade package, the software unlocks to activate the advanced Pulse and Double Pulse functions, which allow superior thermal control over the weld pool, essential for precise work on thin materials. The machine does not require any external PC or cloud-based control software, operating with complete autonomy through its integrated digital panel. The internal management system is equipped with a microprocessor board that stores and manages a wide range of pre-set synergic curves, optimized for various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and Cu-Si3 brazing. The operator can easily recall the optimal parameters from the display, simplifying the setup for solid or flux-cored wires. Advanced functions directly accessible from the welder's interface include the adjustment of post-gas time, soft start, spot and pause time, electronic inductance, and burn back, offering precise control over the entire thermal cycle without any IT dependencies.
