Pick the P2S if you print ABS or ASA: the enclosed chamber holds a stable temperature and cuts down on edge warping, something the Neptune's open frame can't match. Multicolor is also only here — up to 20 colors through the AMS-style unit, though that's a separate accessory, not included out of the box.
Choose Neptune 4 Plus if…
Pick the Neptune 4 Plus if build volume matters more than color: a 320×320 mm bed and 385 mm of Z height fit parts that won't go on the P2S's 256×256 mm plate. Native Klipper firmware also makes it the more open platform for tuning and mods.
