Which one to choose
Choose P1S if…
You print functional parts up to 256 × 256 mm inside an enclosed chamber and now and then want more than one color. For that you need the multicolor add-on, which the maker rates at up to 16 colors. The trade-off: about €30 more, a 12.95 kg machine against 7.8 kg, and no native Klipper.
Choose Ender-3 V3 if…
You print one color at a time on a 220 × 220 mm bed and want Klipper already installed, Wi-Fi and freedom to pick your slicer. You give up the enclosed chamber and multicolor printing altogether.
