M1 Ultra Craft Machine

xTool M1 Ultra 10W 2024
Diode laser (405–460 nm) F2 · Intermediate

The machine is positioned in the intermediate use tier due to its multifunctional design and a working area tailored for advanced hobbyists and small artisans. It combines a 10W diode laser module with mechanical cutting blades and inkjet printing, providing excellent versatility for processing a wide range of materials. The enclosed desktop structure ensures safety in home or educational environments. Although it delivers high precision and automation through assisted focusing systems, the laser power and maximum operating speed make it ideal for limited-scale production and prototyping, excluding it from high-intensity industrial applications.

Software

Control is managed exclusively via xTool Creative Space (XCS), the proprietary software compatible with major desktop and mobile operating systems. XCS handles the multi-tool ecosystem, allowing seamless switching from laser cutting setup to blade cutting or inkjet printing within the same project. The software supports standard vector and raster file formats and includes automatic path optimization tools. Due to the complex multi-tool architecture, the system does not offer native compatibility with industry-standard software like LightBurn, binding the user to the manufacturer's official interface, which receives regular updates.

Reviews from those who use this machine every day will be available in the next version of the platform.
