M1 10W Hybrid Laser Cutter
This machine occupies an intermediate user tier suitable for hobbyists and small crafters. The combination of a 10W diode laser and a rotary cutting blade makes it highly versatile for processing diverse materials, ranging from fabrics to softwoods. The fully enclosed structure provides a higher level of safety compared to open-frame systems, making it well-suited for domestic environments, schools, or small workshops. However, the limited power of the diode compared to CO2 lasers and the absence of an industrial-grade motorized Z-axis preclude its use in high-volume production settings or for cutting thick, dense materials.

Software
Control of the device relies exclusively on the proprietary xTool Creative Space (XCS) software. This application is designed to be intuitive and accessible for beginners, integrating features for managing the internal 16-megapixel camera, visual project alignment, and automatic focusing. Unlike many other commercial laser systems, this model does not natively support LightBurn or open-source GRBL-based firmware. Consequently, advanced users accustomed to complex workflows might find the software somewhat restrictive when handling intricate vector files or deep engraving parameters that require highly customized optimization.
Reviews from those who use this machine every day will be available in the next version of the platform.
