Centauri Carbon 2

Elegoo 2026

The Centauri Carbon 2 targets the prosumer segment thanks to its advanced CoreXY mechanics, an enclosed chamber, and a hardened steel nozzle capable of reaching 350 °C. The seamless integration with the CANVAS multicolor system and an extensive array of smart sensors make it highly suitable for advanced users, makers, and small batch productions requiring technical materials like ABS, ASA, or carbon fiber composites, all while maintaining an accessible interface without industrial-level complexity.

Software

The proprietary Elegoo OS, built on Klipper architecture, manages full-auto calibration routines and AI-assisted monitoring. The machine is primarily supported by Elegoo Slicer (an Orca Slicer derivative), ensuring optimal control over material profiles and dynamic color changes. Users can also natively use Orca Slicer or export G-code from third-party alternatives like Cura. The intuitive touchscreen and Wi-Fi connectivity enable seamless remote management and direct job queuing over the local network.

Reviews from those who use this machine every day will be available in the next version of the platform.
