Software notes The power source is managed through a 5-inch color LCD touchscreen interface, allowing intuitive control of all welding functions. The operator can easily select parameters, activate MIG Short, pulse, or double pulse functions, and access aluminum-specific features such as Automatic Hot Start and Automatic Crater Filler. System firmware updates are performed quickly and simply via the integrated USB port. It is also pre-arranged for wireless connectivity with personal protective equipment, such as a compatible auto-darkening welding helmet. The machine does not require any external PC or cloud-based control software, operating with complete autonomy through its integrated digital panel. The internal management system is equipped with a microprocessor board that stores and manages a wide range of pre-set synergic curves, optimized for various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and Cu-Si3 brazing. The operator can easily recall the optimal parameters from the display, simplifying the setup for solid or flux-cored wires. Advanced functions directly accessible from the welder's interface include the adjustment of post-gas time, soft start, spot and pause time, electronic inductance, and burn back, offering precise control over the entire thermal cycle without any IT dependencies.
