Software notes The machine's operating system features advanced synergic control, significantly streamlining the setup of operating parameters. The SYNSTAR 400 TS comes standard with over sixty pre-loaded synergic programs, carefully optimized for various alloys, thicknesses, and wire diameters (iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and flux-cored wire). Users can save their custom settings in the system's memory for quick retrieval during repetitive tasks. The color LCD interface provides a clear and intuitive real-time readout of all welding values. Furthermore, the welder's base software is highly expandable: sophisticated features such as pulsed and double-pulsed welding are available via dedicated software upgrade packages. This modular approach allows the operator to adapt the power source to new and more complex welding requirements over time. The system is equipped with the exclusive sMIG (Smart MIG) technology, an advanced feature that learns and adapts to the operator's technique. The software dynamically analyzes arc variations and continuously adjusts the output parameters in real time, ensuring a smooth metal transfer and an extremely stable arc regardless of the user's experience level. This technology significantly reduces setup times and improves weld repeatability. Interaction takes place via an intuitive TFT color display that offers a comprehensive multi-language user interface. From the screen, operators can manage not only basic settings but also advanced parameters such as inductance control, pre-flow and post-flow timings, spot welding configurations, and save up to four dedicated memory profiles for each individual machining process, greatly speeding up setup changes.
