Software notes The machine's operating system features advanced synergic control, significantly streamlining the setup of operating parameters. The SYNSTAR 400 TS comes standard with over sixty pre-loaded synergic programs, carefully optimized for various alloys, thicknesses, and wire diameters (iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and flux-cored wire). Users can save their custom settings in the system's memory for quick retrieval during repetitive tasks. The color LCD interface provides a clear and intuitive real-time readout of all welding values. Furthermore, the welder's base software is highly expandable: sophisticated features such as pulsed and double-pulsed welding are available via dedicated software upgrade packages. This modular approach allows the operator to adapt the power source to new and more complex welding requirements over time. The user interface is operated via an LCD touch screen, designed for intuitive control over all parameters. The system integrates a broad range of pre-loaded synergic curves for solid wire, flux-cored wire, and aluminum. Unlockable software options are available for Pulse and Double Pulse functions, along with specific processes such as MIG SHORT HD (High Deposit) and optimized cycles for aluminum welding (Automatic Hot Start and Crater Filler). The machine's firmware allows for rapid updates via a USB port.
