Software notes The machine's operating system features 28 pre-loaded synergic curves to manage various wire diameters (ranging from 0.6 to 1.2 mm) and materials. A front-facing LCD panel allows the operator to simultaneously monitor and adjust wire type, shielding gas, material thickness, voltage, and wire feed speed in real time. The software capabilities can be expanded by purchasing dedicated upgrades, such as the activation of the Pulsed MIG process (Art. 238) or double current level, which add over 30 specialized programs for working on thin metal sheets or light alloys. The Cebora EVO 160 M COMBI unit is a traditional electromechanical welding machine and does not feature digital interfaces, microprocessors, or network connectivity. Consequently, it requires no management software, firmware updates, or external applications for its operation. All adjustments are made exclusively through the front analog control panel, which includes physical selectors for setting the seven voltage levels and a potentiometer for wire feed speed. This total absence of computing components eliminates any need for digital configuration or cloud dependency, ensuring immediate deployment out of the box and minimizing potential vulnerabilities related to electronic obsolescence in challenging working environments.
