Software notes The user interface is managed via an LCD panel integrated into the power source, allowing operators to easily view and set key parameters such as wire or gas type, material thickness, current, voltage, and wire speed. The system includes pre-loaded synergic curves for mild steel and flux-cored wire, automatically optimizing the welding arc. Software capabilities can be expanded by purchasing an optional package that unlocks additional specific curves for welding aluminum, stainless steel, and CuSi3 alloys. The power source features a 4.3-inch LCD control panel with a simple, user-friendly interface that facilitates smooth navigation through more than 75 preset welding programs. The internal software manages advanced synergic functions, including standard pulse and double pulse processes, and is fully upgradeable via direct ports. The interface allows fine-tuning of numerous parameters such as arc length, spot time, and inductance. Additionally, the software features built-in tools dedicated to aluminum welding, such as automatic Hot Start and Crater Filler, ensuring absolute and consistent control over the weld pool regardless of the material.
