Superior TIG 311 DC
This welding machine is explicitly designed for intensive industrial and professional use, justifying its classification in a higher usage tier. The 400 V three-phase power supply and the ability to deliver a maximum current of 300 A make it possible to handle significant material thicknesses without any performance compromises. The solid structure, combined with advanced inverter technology, ensures high-precision processing on metals such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, and copper. The device is highly suitable for demanding operational contexts such as specialized mechanical workshops, shipyards, structural steelwork production, and complex maintenance tasks, where arc stability is essential.

Software
Being a manual welding machine, the system does not require the use of external control software or CAM programming. All operational parameters, including the pulsation cycle, pre-gas and post-gas phases, and current up-slope and down-slope ramps, are set directly via the front panel interface equipped with a digital display. There is no dependency on cloud services or network connectivity for its primary operation. The internal microprocessor manages the arc dynamics and high-frequency (HF) ignition in real-time to optimize overall performance across different base materials and complex joint configurations.
