Software notes The user interface is centered around a bright and intuitive 5-inch TFT screen, allowing easy access to all welding parameters. The system features built-in synergic weld programs, enabling quick and precise arc adjustments via a single control knob. Ten memory slots are available to save and recall frequently used jobs, significantly streamlining setup times. The machine also offers arc dynamics control to fine-tune the response between a soft or crisp arc depending on the material, and it can automatically detect a connected spool gun to further simplify the transition to aluminum welding operations. The interface supports multiple languages and includes automated functions like run-in and burn-back adjustments, providing users with industrial-level control in a compact package. The machine's control relies on a proprietary hardware interface integrated into the front panel, featuring large LED displays that clearly show welding parameters in real-time. It does not require any external software to function, nor a mobile application, operating entirely offline. The digital panel allows the operator to quickly access 24 preset synergic programs, optimized for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and gasless flux-cored wire. The internal microprocessor automatically manages wire speed and arc voltage based on the selected thickness and material, reducing setup times. Fine adjustments for inductance and burn-back can be intuitively accessed directly from the on-board interface.
