Software notes The power source features a 4.3-inch LCD control panel with a simple, user-friendly interface that facilitates smooth navigation through more than 75 preset welding programs. The internal software manages advanced synergic functions, including standard pulse and double pulse processes, and is fully upgradeable via direct ports. The interface allows fine-tuning of numerous parameters such as arc length, spot time, and inductance. Additionally, the software features built-in tools dedicated to aluminum welding, such as automatic Hot Start and Crater Filler, ensuring absolute and consistent control over the weld pool regardless of the material. The system is based on a proprietary interface featuring a built-in 5-inch TFT screen. The firmware manages preset synergic programs (up to 27 lines) for various combinations of wire, gas, and thicknesses, facilitating the setup of welding parameters via a single knob control. It includes a memory function to save and recall up to 10 customized jobs. There is no wireless connectivity or external cloud interaction, nor does it support PC or smartphone software. All functionalities remain strictly manageable from the control panel of the welder.
