Software notes The power source features a control panel with an LCD display that offers an essential user interface for navigation and parameter setting. The system integrates over 30 pre-set synergic programs, specifically developed to facilitate the welding of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and for the brazing of galvanized sheets (using CuSi3 wire). A significant software feature is the ability to update the firmware via service ports, ensuring compatibility with future welding profiles released by the manufacturer. Furthermore, with the purchase of an optional upgrade package, the software unlocks to activate the advanced Pulse and Double Pulse functions, which allow superior thermal control over the weld pool, essential for precise work on thin materials. The power source is managed through a 5-inch color LCD touchscreen interface, allowing intuitive control of all welding functions. The operator can easily select parameters, activate MIG Short, pulse, or double pulse functions, and access aluminum-specific features such as Automatic Hot Start and Automatic Crater Filler. System firmware updates are performed quickly and simply via the integrated USB port. It is also pre-arranged for wireless connectivity with personal protective equipment, such as a compatible auto-darkening welding helmet.
