4019CR CNC Ready Lathe
A CNC-ready bench lathe with ball screws and an ER16 spindle, designed for users who want to automate precision turning on small metal or plastic parts. Steel and hard-anodized aluminum construction, hand-lapped ground steel ways, and a declared spindle runout below 0.005 mm set it above entry-level machines. The requirement to supply motors, drivers, and control software separately makes it suitable for users with basic CNC integration experience.

Software
The lathe ships CNC-ready: NEMA 23 motor mounts and ball screws on both X and Z axes are factory-installed, but axis motors, drivers, control box, and software are not included and must be sourced separately. Compatible with common motion-control platforms such as Mach3, Mach4, and LinuxCNC. The ER16 spindle accepts collets up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm), compatible with the standard ER16 series.
Reviews from those who use this machine every day will be available in the next version of the platform.
