Software notes The A2L is compatible with Bambu Studio, Bambu Lab's proprietary slicer for Windows and macOS, which provides native access to all machine features including AMS multi-color management. Third-party slicers that export standard G-code — such as PrusaSlicer and OrcaSlicer — are supported, though some advanced features may not be available outside Bambu Studio. Connectivity is via Wi-Fi; basic printing functions do not require a cloud account. The official software is Snapmaker Luban, which integrates the tools needed to manage 3D printing, laser, and CNC operations into a single interface. It supports the direct import of common standard formats (STL, OBJ, SVG, DXF). The machine features Wi-Fi and USB connectivity, allowing for practical job dispatch. As an open system, 3D printing is also compatible with third-party slicers like Cura or PrusaSlicer, while for the laser module, it is possible to generate G-code with dedicated software and then export the file for offline execution.
